1. Retail Merchandising Display

Responsibility

Arrange product distribution in every outlet based on market segmentation and outlet classification
Arrange strategy and selling program in outlet to achieve selling target
Work closely with Product Department and Operational Department to distribute new product in outlet
Solve every issue related to product distribution, supply availability, new product request, etc
Maintain stock movement of merchandise for our retail store
Analyze slow and fast moving product and sales report

Requirement

Minimum bachelor degree graduated in business major from reputable university
Have minimal 1 years experience as merchandising display is preferable
Strong in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel

2. Area Representative

Responsibility

Acting as a business consultant with B2B customers in sales area-in-charge.
Controlling sales distribution channels.

Responsibility

Preparing collaboration for online and offline event
Preparing sponsorship needs with athlete or influencer
Preparing cross-branding collaboration needs with another brand
Make collaboration regarding marketing strategy

Requirement

Bachelor degree in communication or marketing management

Responbility

Designing bicycle (frame, fork, and part) and formulating product specifications.
Analyze the Bill of Materials needs and calculating product costing
Analyze and check the compatibility of the product designed to ensure it follows product safety standards and the Project Brief
Work together with cross sections related to the design implementation process and product design
Analyze and review the results of the Bike Prototype in order to ensure the compability of the product sample has been follow the project brief and safety standards

Requirement

Minimum bachelor degree from material and metallurgical engineering/mechanical/mechatronics engineer
Has >2 years experience in product engineering or product development in manufacturing company
Advanced in 3D Cad (Solidedge, etc)
Have good engineering mindset

Responsibility

Integration Designing bicycle (frame, fork, and part) to system

Has >2 years of experience in IoT Engineering, product engineering or product development in a manufacturing company

7. Product Development Project Support

Responsibility

Managing request and product development project priority based on business needs
Creating timeline and resource estimation needs in every project

Requirement

Minimum Bachelor Degree in metallurgical/mechatronics/electrical engineering

Responsibility

9. Global Customer Support

Responsibility

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries under Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Communicating with customers through various channels using Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

Receive and check the incoming stock from vendor/supplier
In charge for stock transfer process from one warehouse to another

Requirement
